The interviewer had a sour expression and spoke rudely. After lecturing me, they left the interview office without telling me that I could leave. I even had to help turn off the office lights. It was truly bizarre~
Although traffic nearby can be a bit congested during commuting hours, there are plenty of convenient dining options in the park—you might just have trouble deciding. The atmosphere at work is fairly good, and everyone is very friendly.
At lunchtime, you have to queue for the good food.
Although the company has been established for some time, most of the employees are young and energetic, and the atmosphere among colleagues is quite good!

I really can't think of any advantages.
The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are relocated for no reason; in the two years I've been here, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely things you can see but not actually enjoy.

If you’re being encouraged to come here as a PM, run for your life.
High employee turnover
Lack of reasonable allocation and management
The company cannot see its own problems
Lack of education and training
A certain senior executive is cold and rude
The many rules and unwritten nuances make people feel oppressed
Basic rights are described as benefits… leaving people not knowing whether to laugh or cry
My supervisor is quite polite and friendly, and respects my opinions.
My colleagues are quite easy to get along with.
Flexible working hours are very practical for me, as there is no time pressure.
Getting to work without transportation can be somewhat difficult.
There are too many lunch options in the park, which makes it hard to choose.
1. Flexible work hours under the new policy, taking into account the commuting distances and circumstances of different colleagues
2. Supervisors give us a great deal of latitude; as long as you have the ability and ideas, you have opportunities to develop
3. Birthday celebrations, a snack cabinet, overtime meal subsidies, overseas employee trips—the benefits are becoming more numerous and better
4. The environment is modern, comfortable, bright, and well lit, with a good layout, and a cleaning lady comes regularly to clean
1. Traffic in the industrial park is relatively congested during commuting hours (although I guess that’s the case almost everywhere?)
2. Sometimes you have to wait a little for the elevator (but the company isn’t on a high floor, and taking the stairs for exercise is actually nice sometimes)
1. The environment is spacious, clean, and comfortable
2. The managers and colleagues are very friendly, and everyone gets along well
3. Flexible days off make it convenient to plan trips abroad
Transportation is not very convenient due to the MRT line being discontinued
1. The company environment is good, and employees get along harmoniously.
2. An employee trip is organized every year, alternating between domestic and overseas destinations.
3. A snack cabinet is provided for employees to use.
4. Various policies are gradually being improved, including flexible working hours and arrangements for compensatory leave for employee activities held on holidays.
1. Although there are not many employee activities, they are often held on holidays, which can affect employees’ holiday plans. It would be better to hold them on workdays.
2. Gift boxes are given during the three major festivals, but cash bonuses would be even better.
Everyone at the company is easy to get along with; you can just focus on doing your work well.
The building’s elevators are slow, and with so many people in the morning, it takes longer to wait for one.
You can take 5–6 days of leave at once to plan an overseas trip, as long as you arrange your own work properly; your supervisor won’t make things difficult. At my previous company, they would always make a fuss about it.
The company is very generous when it comes to travel. They put real effort into planning the itineraries, and the accommodations are excellent—for example, the InterContinental in Kaohsiung and Silks Place Taroko. I normally can’t bear to spend that much, so I always look forward to the company trips. They’re absolutely perfect.
I look forward to overseas trips even more: good food and good accommodations, with subsidies based on seniority. The subsidy amount is high, and I really hope the company organizes an overseas trip every year.
The environment is bright and comfortable. A cleaner comes regularly, the coworkers are easy to get along with, and the snack cabinet is restocked every day. There are always more snacks than we can finish.
It’s really busy when things get hectic, especially when rushing to close a project or when the system is unstable or goes down. You have to cooperate with overtime work.
If you don’t participate in activities, your supervisor will ask why.
I think the company is pretty good and has improved many issues.
For example, labor and health insurance and labor pension contributions are currently all based on the full salary; there is an all-you-can-eat snack bar; and every month there are birthday cakes and meals (pizza, fried chicken, tofu pudding...). The company is practically afraid you'll go hungry.
The office environment is quite upscale, with a five-star restroom (where you can comfortably relieve yourself), as well as a leisure area == a place to slack off.
There is also birthday cash ($$$). The company holds activities from time to time (restaurant dinners, movie outings), and employee trips have included Xiaoliuqiu, Yilan, and Silks Place Taroko in Hualien... Overseas trips have included Malaysia (January 2024), Thailand, and Japan.
Everyone here is quite kind (the coworkers are all young and easy to communicate with). If you want to build up your skills, you can come here—there are many technologies to learn, and there are also opportunities for short-term assignments to Shanghai for work and technical exchange.
-- Overtime may be required when projects are under deadline pressure, but the company provides dinner (boxed meals), so at least you won't go hungry XD
-- Overtime hours can only be exchanged for compensatory leave. You can accumulate it for a long overseas vacation (the compensatory leave remains valid for quite a long time), and usually you can use it all.
-- If you don't want to participate in an activity, you need to prepare and set a reason in advance; supervisors won't force you to participate.
The company’s façade looks good
There aren’t many benefits.
You’ll be pressured to participate in activities; if you don’t go, you’ll be asked a bunch of questions about why.
Employees are not respected.
There is no discipline or fairness, only a strange culture.
The calculation of overtime and compensatory leave hours is unclear and unreasonable.
It is a company that looks glamorous on the outside but is actually very traditional and lacks
foresight.

1. Labor and health insurance contributions are underreported despite high salaries. Those considering joining or currently employed should remember to check everything.
2. The employment contract prioritizes the employer entirely and provides no protection for employees.
3. Overtime pay calculations are unclear, and the hours are also unclear. Remember to ask for clarification.
No advantages at all!
I have never had a worse interview experience than this. The interview was conducted in a scolding, lecturing tone; going to the interview felt like going there to be berated. They criticized my educational background and work experience without any courtesy and expressed their contempt for me in various ways. Based on my experience interviewing with other companies, I do not believe my qualifications were so poor that I deserved to be looked down on and humiliated as if I were worthless. I also clearly stated at the time that I was open to discussing and adjusting my salary expectations depending on the company and the circumstances of the interview. They simply wanted to push the salary down, hire a bunch of young, inexperienced workers to work overtime, and were unwilling to let young people join and learn. They were so self-important and became furious because they could not afford to offer the salary I expected!

They will make you work overtime until you cry, while paying you next to nothing. The base salary is extremely low, and they do not value developing employees unless you are already a veteran.
They do not respect employees, the benefits are very poor, and supervisors change their attitude as quickly as flipping through a book. They easily take things personally instead of focusing on the issue. If they do not like you, they will ask you to pack up and leave on the spot. It is extremely inhumane; a company like this makes people feel suffocated every day.
Not only will you learn nothing, but you will also end up full of anger.
