I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned—I have moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are only there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
