Intro

Qollie is a platform that helps make job hunting more transparent and efficient through real workplace experience sharing.

• Qollie is the website, while Clairvoyance is the Chrome extension.
• There is currently no standalone mobile app; you can use the website on mobile.
• Anonymous posting is protected. Other users cannot identify the source of anonymous posts.
• Contact us via our Facebook page.

Getting Started

Account and Login

• Create an account from the top-right login/register entry.
• Social login is available (Facebook and Google).
• Members can post reviews, reply, vote, and manage their own posting history.
• Membership is free.

Profile Settings

• You can view your own post history on your personal page.
• You can choose whether to show your avatar and whether your personal wall is public.
• Nickname changes are not currently supported after first setup.

Features

Search

• On the home page, you can switch between company and job search.
• Popular company/job discussions are shown on the home page.

Posts and Replies

• To post, go to a company/job page and click the review button.
• Anonymous posting is supported.
• Editing is not currently supported; you can delete and repost.
• Maximum post length is 5,000 characters.

Community rules apply. Content that includes harassment, hate, privacy violations, spam, explicit material, or illegal behavior may be removed.

Clairvoyance Extension

Clairvoyance is a Chrome extension that helps reduce information asymmetry in job hunting.

• Install it from the Chrome Web Store.
• When browsing company/job pages on major job boards, the extension can load related discussions.
• You can sign in and participate in discussions through the extension.
