Qollie Posting Rules:

Thank you for contributing to workplace transparency. We hope you can share your real experiences and perspectives in detail so more workers can benefit.

Posts are currently grouped into three categories: "Worked/Interviewed", "Q&A", and "General".

(1) Rules for "Worked/Interviewed"

  1. This category is for users who have actually worked at the company (full-time, part-time, contract, dispatch, intern, or other labor roles) or interviewed there to share personal experience.
  2. Posts should include concrete descriptions of personal views and relevant facts.

(2) Rules for "Q&A"

  1. This category is for users who want to ask questions about the company.
  2. Questions should be specific and follow the posting rules.

(3) Rules for "General"

  1. This category is for users who want to discuss the company.
  2. Posts must still follow the posting rules.

Ratings in Q&A and General are not included in company score statistics.

Posting Guidelines:

1. Be specific

A review is not just "good" or "bad". Add concrete examples. If the company is good, explain why. Details make posts more useful.

2. Ask good questions

If you are curious about a company or role, list your questions clearly.

  1. What are the role responsibilities and growth opportunities?
  2. What is the salary range and what benefits are provided?
  3. What questions are commonly asked in interviews?

3. Keep it truthful

All posts should come from personal experience and be shared honestly.

If you spread false information, unverified rumors, or hearsay, you are fully responsible for your statements. We also reserve the right to remove posts.

4. Stay objective

When writing reviews, try to stay fair and balanced. This keeps discussions neutral and gives others space to evaluate information.

5. Keep it readable

Before posting, check spelling and grammar so content is easy for everyone to read.

Qollie exists for workers and aims to keep reviews valuable. We may refuse publication or remove posts that include:

  1. Strong personal bias without factual support.
  2. Meaningless wording or abusive language.
  3. Defamation or hate-driven content.
  4. Named personal attacks.
  5. Company confidential information or violations of confidentiality obligations.
  6. Data or claims verified as false.

We do not pre-screen user posts or comments and are not obligated to do so. However, we reserve the right to remove comments or reviews that violate these rules and guidelines.

These posting rules may be updated at any time as needed, and updates will be posted on Qollie. If you do not agree with updates, please stop using posting features. Continuing to post after updates means you have read, understood, and agreed to the changes.

Qollie will do its best to reduce this type of problematic content. We believe every user has freedom of expression, but users must also comply with the law, the site terms, privacy policy, and posting rules, and are fully responsible for their own statements. Your contributions help job seekers find better-fit companies and roles more accurately. Thank you, because of you, the workplace moves one step forward.
