I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have become increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating locations are constantly rearranged; I've moved more than 10 times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are more for show than for employees to actually enjoy.
