1. Flexible work hours under the new policy, taking into account the commuting distances and circumstances of different colleagues
2. Supervisors give us a great deal of latitude; as long as you have the ability and ideas, you have opportunities to develop
3. Birthday celebrations, a snack cabinet, overtime meal subsidies, overseas employee trips—the benefits are becoming more numerous and better
4. The environment is modern, comfortable, bright, and well lit, with a good layout, and a cleaning lady comes regularly to clean
1. Traffic in the industrial park is relatively congested during commuting hours (although I guess that’s the case almost everywhere?)
2. Sometimes you have to wait a little for the elevator (but the company isn’t on a high floor, and taking the stairs for exercise is actually nice sometimes)
