I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible working arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and the changes have only become increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our work locations are constantly reassigned for no apparent reason—I’ve moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to be seen and cannot actually be enjoyed.
