I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and each change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are relocated for no apparent reason—I was moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely visible but inaccessible.
