I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being moved around—I’ve been here for two years and have moved more than ten times. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely there to look at but are unavailable in practice.
