I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have only become more and more inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly reassigned—for the two years I've been here, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are visible but not actually available.
