I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work schedule was revoked after less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—I’ve moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites look available but are actually unattainable.
