I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and each change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. In addition, our workstations are relocated for no apparent reason; I've moved more than ten times in the two years I've been here. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are visible but not actually available.
