I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked after less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—for example, I was moved more than ten times in my two years there. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
