I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes kept making it more and more inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is moved around for no reason—I’ve been relocated more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are more or less just there to look at, but are not actually available.
