The flexible working arrangement was revoked less than a month after being introduced, and each change has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—I’ve moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are visible but inaccessible in practice.
