I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and every change since then has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged for no reason—I’ve been moved more than 10 times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
