I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have only made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—I’ve moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to look at and cannot actually be enjoyed.
