I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was withdrawn before it had even been in place for a month, and every change makes it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. In addition, our seating is rearranged for no reason—we've moved more than ten times in the two years I've been here. Most infuriatingly, many of the benefits listed on the job sites are available in name only and cannot actually be enjoyed.
