I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes kept making it less and less humane. Also, I don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. Then there are frequent desk relocations for no reason—I moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are visible but unavailable in practice.
