I really can’t think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the policies keep becoming more and more inhumane. I also don’t understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—I’ve moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me the angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job site are merely there to be seen, but cannot actually be enjoyed.
