I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after being introduced, and every change makes it increasingly inhumane. Also, I don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are frequently relocated; I've been moved more than ten times in the two years since I joined. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to look at but are not actually available.
