I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have only made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees have to be forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned—I’ve moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
