I really can't think of any pros.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked after less than a month, and the changes have become increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged for no reason—I’ve been moved more than 10 times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are only available on paper and cannot actually be enjoyed.
