I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and the changes have only made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating arrangements are changed for no apparent reason—I’ve moved more than ten times in my two years here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are only there to look at; in practice, employees can't actually enjoy them.
