I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have become increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seats are constantly reassigned—I’ve moved more than 10 times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are only there to be seen and cannot actually be enjoyed.
