I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible working arrangement was revoked before it had even been in place for a month, and every change has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged; I've been moved more than ten times in the two years I've been here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job sites are available in name only—they look good on paper but employees can't actually enjoy them.
