I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is relocated for no apparent reason—I’ve moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites look appealing but are not actually available.
