I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change has made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are moved for no apparent reason—I’ve been moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are things you can see but not actually enjoy.
