I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company events. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—for example, I was moved more than 10 times in the two years I worked there. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites look good on paper but are not actually available.
