I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and every change has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—for the two years I've been here, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job site look available but are actually impossible to enjoy.
