I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible working arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have become increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged for no reason—I’ve moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to look at and cannot actually be enjoyed.
