I really can't think of any advantages.

Flexible working hours were revoked after less than a month, and things have become increasingly inhumane with every change. Also, I don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly reassigned—I’ve moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are visible but not actually available.
