I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company events. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned for no reason—I moved more than 10 times in my two years here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are visible but not actually available.
