I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and every change since has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned—I’ve moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely there to look at and cannot actually be enjoyed.
