I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and every change has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned—I’ve been moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are just there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
