I really can’t think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have only made things increasingly inhumane. I also don’t understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our work locations are moved for no apparent reason—I’ve been here for two years and have moved more than ten times. What makes me the angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely things you can see but not actually enjoy.
