I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have only become increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—for someone who has been here for two years, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites look available but are actually unattainable.
