I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked before it had even been in place for a month, and every subsequent change has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly reassigned—for example, I was moved more than ten times in the two years I worked here. Most infuriating of all, many of the benefits listed on the job bank websites look attractive but are mostly unavailable in practice.
