I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are relocated for no apparent reason; I've moved more than 10 times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely there to look at—you can't actually enjoy them.
