I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and each change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned—for example, I was moved more than ten times in the two years I worked there. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are essentially available to look at but not actually enjoy.
