I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are relocated for no reason; in the two years I've been here, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely things you can see but not actually enjoy.
