I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change makes it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is frequently rearranged; I've moved more than ten times in the two years I've been here. What makes me the angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the recruitment website look good on paper but are out of reach in practice.
