I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked before it had even been in place for a month, and every change made it less humane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are relocated for no apparent reason; in the two years I've been here, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me the angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the recruitment website are available in name only.
