I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible working arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and the changes have only made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are constantly being reassigned—I’ve moved more than ten times in my two years here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely advertised but not actually available.
