I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. Also, I don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are moved for no reason; I’ve been here for two years and have moved more than ten times. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are merely there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
