I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible working arrangement was revoked before it had even been in place for a month, and the changes keep making things more inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company events. On top of that, our workstations are constantly reassigned—for the two years I've been here, I've been moved more than ten times. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the recruitment website are merely there to be seen but cannot actually be enjoyed.
