I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are frequently reassigned for no reason—I’ve moved more than 10 times in the two years since I joined. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are visible but not actually available.
