I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after being introduced, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—for example, I was moved more than ten times in the two years I worked there. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job board are only there to look at but cannot actually be enjoyed.
