I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and each change has made things increasingly inhumane. Also, I don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our workstations are relocated for no apparent reason—I’ve moved more than ten times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are merely advertised but not actually available.
