I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. Also, I don't understand why employees have to be forced to participate in company activities. Then, for no apparent reason, our seating is constantly rearranged—I was moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank are visible but not actually available.
